The Manager / Senior Manager – Digital Experience will be responsible for driving the successful implementation, adoption, and scaling of digital initiatives across South Asia.
Acting as the bridge between Global Digital teams, regional stakeholders, hotels, and external partners, the role will ensure that strategic digital priorities are effectively translated into measurable execution and business impact across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Programme Ownership
- Lead rollout and adoption of digital initiatives across South Asia.
- Drive implementation of:
- Website enhancement initiatives
- Payments and checkout solutions
- WhatsApp guest journeys
- AI and personalisation initiatives
- Lead management platforms
- Future digital capabilities and pilots
Execution & Governance
- Establish project governance and implementation frameworks.
- Track project progress, adoption, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive accountability across hotels, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery and closure of action plans.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between South Asia and Global Digital teams.
- Facilitate alignment across hotel operations, marketing, revenue, commercial, technology, and external partners.
- Influence stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Business Case & Innovation
- Identify local market opportunities and digital innovation trends.
- Evaluate vendor solutions and external partnerships.
- Develop business cases and assess commercial impact.
- Champion initiatives that can potentially scale within South Asia or across RHG markets.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor implementation progress and business outcomes.
- Prepare executive-level updates and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to improve digital experience, direct revenue performance, and guest engagement.
