Job Description

Role: Senior Manager - Digital Data Analytics & BI

Years of Experience: 8-10 years

Job Location: Bangalore (Indiranagar)

Work Type: Hybrid

Shift Timing : 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Work with Project management of end to end and process of client onboarding on reporting platform.
  • Manage and guide the team to ensure on-time delivery of reports, end user support and Change management for all campaigns for a set of clients.
  • Ensure the quality of report (data accuracy, Standard format, Naming Convention, Repository Maintenance)
  • Tracking and process overall Governance.
  • Dynamic bandwidth allocation and load balancing within the team.
  • Development and maintain relationship with AS Media Ops team, Internal stakeholders, and regional BI leads.
  • Optimum use of tools and automation.
  • Develop fast track training programs for the team.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and bringing best practices.

Key Skills required :

  • Master's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Data Science, Statistics.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in Data Management, Advance Analytics, Data Visualization, Automation.
  • Process driven, Excellent collaborator with good communication skills
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing landscape, DSPs like DV360, SA360, DCM, Meta, TTD, and GA4, Adobe suite.
  • Proven experience with leading cloud data platforms like GCP (BigQuery, DataProc, GCS), AWS (Redshift, Athena, S3)
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python.
  • Firm understanding of Data Architecture best practices and managing adherence to operational requisites for defined marketing data schemas, and taxonomies.
  • Self-motivated and ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Proactive in addressing and escalating when needed, on any issue that compromises the quality and timelines of deliverables.
