Key Responsibilities:
Analytics Strategy & Implementation:
- Lead the development and execution of measurement strategies using GA360, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and other platforms.
- Design and implement server-side tagging solutions using GTM, Tealium, and Adobe Launch.
- Develop and maintain consistent and accurate data layers across digital properties.
Hands-On Implementation & Innovation:
- Actively participate in hands-on analytics implementation.
- Develop and deploy custom tags and scripts for unique tracking requirements.
- Explore emerging technologies to enhance analytics capabilities and performance.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Manage and mentor a team of analytics professionals.
- Provide training and guidance on best practices in analytics implementation and data governance.
Client Engagement & Consultation:
- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower clients in utilizing analytics tools effectively.
Performance Optimization & Reporting:
- Create dashboards and reports using Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, Power BI, and other visualization tools.
- Monitor and optimize analytics implementations, promptly addressing any issues.
Thought Leadership & Community Engagement:
- Share insights through blogs, webinars, and industry forums.
- Collaborate with industry leaders on publications, events, and podcasts.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital analytics.
