Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager_Legal

Hi we are hiring for Senior Manager/ Deputy General Manager - Legal

Experience : 6 Years to 10 Years

Location: Hubballi

Please Find the JD:

Knowledge of drafting and vetting of land acquisition documents viz sale deed, GPA, R of R, Legal opinions, mutation extracts, NA orders and stamp duty adjudication etc and acquittance with real estate sector.

Case briefing and liaison with external lawyer and follow up of court

cases and obtaining legal opinions.

Drafting, negotiating and vetting of legal documentation such as NDAs, service agreement, master supply agreement, customer agreements etc within specified timeline.

Review and negotiating bank funding documents, service Agreements,

Supply Agreement, agreement related to finance/loan and other allied agreements.

Monthly monitoring of agreements and statutory obligations.

Strong interpersonal skills, vetting all legal documents and manage end to end contract management

Good analytical skills with good application of mind to scrutinize legal documents independently.

Co-ordination with various internal stakeholders for preparation, vetting, negotiation of all agreements
