Job Summary: The candidate will be involved in managing the marketing programs in large accounts through Account Based Marketing and address the products solutions GTM in Emerging Markets. The hired candidate will be a part of an enthusiastic and passionate marketing team enabling Embark to do business better.
Roles and Responsibilities:
A Senior Marketing Manager will own an end-to-end responsibility from opening new conversations to accelerating existing ones; thought leadership, account based marketing, analyst relations, research, marketing and competitive intelligence, executive connects, industry associations and deal interventions initiatives. The reporting will be to the CMO of Embark
Every day of your work will throw you a challenge in one or many of the below areas:
Key Responsibilities:
• Involvement in the strategy & business planning and market segmentation which involves customer targeting and tracking, projecting technology trends, competition analysis.
• Creation of the overall Strategic Marketing Plan and planning the Go To Market Initiatives for existing customers as well as the prospects.
• Conceptualize and Execute Marketing programs in the emerging markets space: UK, APAC, US
• Defining and building the value proposition for the Business Unit. Working with internal stakeholders (such as Sales and Pre-Sales) to develop the positioning and messaging for the business unit.
• Analyst relationship management in conjunction with the central marketing team for building relationship with analysts c.
• Building a sustained CRM campaign as part of the overall ABM program, with an emphasis on customer testimonials and case studies.
• Ensuring strong marketing contribution to the pipeline, by executing multi-tiered, Embark led and Partner led events, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration activities defined in the marketing plan.
• Creating a New Media campaign, using Twitter, Blogs, LinkedIN, You Tube etc
• Delivering the committed results in compliance with branding and communication guidelines, on time and on budget through use of the assigned agencies

Demand generation manager
• Oversees the entire demand gen strategy.
• Develops comprehensive plans aligned with business goals.
• Manages the team, sets targets, and evaluates performance.

Experience and skill set required:
• 15+ years of marketing experience in an IT product/services company
• Understanding of the GCC industry and its challenges and drivers
• Understanding and appreciation of GCC enablement platforms
• Ability to articulate and create new value propositions from abstraction layer
• MBA with specialization in IT /Marketing desired
• Ability to conceptualize and execute high impact integrated marketing campaigns leveraging multiple marketing channels
• Account Based Marketing exposure to large accounts is important
• Previous IT marketing experience in the emerging markets: APAC, UK, US
• Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel)
• Strategic thinking with strong execution skillset
• Ability to multi task with attention to details
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A team worker with good interpersonal skills
