Role Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Manager Demand Generation to lead global demand generation initiatives, with a strong focus on the US market. The role will drive pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns, ABM programs, and marketing automation, working closely with Sales and Product teams.
You will own end-to-end demand strategy, performance analytics, and optimization, while managing a small high-impact team.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute global demand generation strategies across USA, UK, GCC, and India
- Build and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for high-value enterprise accounts
- Define buyer personas, ICPs, lead scoring, and MQL-to-SQL frameworks
Campaign Management
- Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, events, SEO/SEM, social, ABM)
- Manage full campaign lifecycle including nurture journeys and A/B testing
- Drive event and webinar-led demand programs
Analytics & Performance
- Own KPIs: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline value, velocity, ROI, CAC
- Build dashboards and attribution models in Salesforce
- Present performance insights to CMO and leadership
Sales & Collaboration
- Partner with Sales on pipeline goals, SLAs, and account prioritization
- Enable ABM outreach, case studies, and sales collateral
Team & Innovation
- Lead and mentor a team of 12 demand generation professionals
- Leverage AI/LLMs for content optimization, personalization, and automation
Tools & Platforms
- Salesforce CRM, Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4
- ABM tools (6sense / Demandbase preferred)
- Marketing automation, CMS, webinar platforms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business (MBA preferred)
- 610 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience
- 3+ years hands-on Salesforce experience
- 2+ years hands-on Pardot / Marketing Cloud experience
- Proven success driving pipeline and revenue impact
- Experience managing multi-geography campaigns (US experience mandatory)
Preferred
- Salesforce / Pardot / GA4 certifications
- ABM platform experience
- Exposure to AI-driven or data-led marketing environments
