Role Purpose

The role is responsible to implement service delivery best practices and participate in the Campaign Management Platform operations for SBI Card in alignment with the functional guidelines and objectives.

Role Accountability

  1. Manage multiple user cases on Campaign Management systems
  2. Handle and prioritize multiple business use cases in parallel where data/reports need to be developed with specific timelines
  3. Daily review of health metrics, maintenance and patching activities
  4. Maintain mainframe data loads on Campaign management database
  5. Take care of all Daily/Monthly reports shared to Business.
  6. Understand user requirement RFP and work with SI partner for timely delivery within approved cost
  7. Participate in day to day resource and cost management activities
  8. Collaborate with outside vendors, upper management, and leadership of other departments to ensure smooth processes
  9. Maintain all process documentation practices in compliance with the process guidelines

Measures of Success

  1. Service Delivery and Operations of Campaign Management Platform
  2. Operations Management of the sub vertical
  3. Voice of customer from stakeholders
  4. Serviceability and uptime of applications as per defined SLAs
  5. Timely and accurate updation of process documentation
  6. Process Adherence as per MOU

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

  1. Knowledge of SQL, Databases, MS SharePoint and other related languages
  2. Knowledge of Monitoring Tools and Log Management Tools
  3. Knowledge of Oracle, SQL and Campaign management system
  4. PMP Certification

Qualification

B.E / B-Tech/MCA or equivalent technical degree
