Major accountabilities:
- Understand the business needs
- Act as liaison between business and IT organization
- Represent the business in overall company analytics and data strategy - Platform and Product investments and roadmaps
- Ensure alignment between procurement analytics and overall company analytics platform & roadmap
- Support RFPs, RFQs for Analytics services from major Technology suppliers
- Manage project budget for Analytic-related solutions within the IT Procurement space
- Manage relationships with supplier and support Procurement in commercial negotiations (RFXs).
- Manage and monitor SW licenses required to run the analytics
- Monitor delivery of solutions/service/support and ensure OLAs/SLAs are delivered according to business expectations.
- Assess changes or projects that might have impact on the technology or platform(s) in scope, implement service monitoring & metrics for service planning.
Key performance indicators:
- Strong hands-on exposure in Data & Analytics solutions, with at least 4+ years of international experience collaborating with Global teams and 2 years in Pharma/Healthcare
- Solid understanding of Analytical and technical frameworks for descriptive and prescriptive analytics.
- Understanding of QlikSense, Power BI, SAP BW and analytics integrations
- Self-driven and motivated Team player with effective communication and presentation skills with good story-telling abilities
- Follows the latest technological developments and industry trends
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor s degree in computer or IT related field or technical discipline
Work Experience and Skills:
- > 5 years experience working in an IT environment
- > 3 years experience working in Procurement-related systems or processes
- Technology competence and Innovation mind set to own and drive data and digital initiatives with good understanding of the potential areas in Supply Chain that could benefit
- Evidence of excellent relationship building, persuasion and collaboration skills with ability to influence stakeholders (including top management) and lead teams in a matrix organization
- Proven track-record of driving initiatives from ideation to implementation. Able to demonstrate a history of achieving results in challenging situations.
- Innovative mind-set, curious to experiment. Balance of blue-sky and pragmatism. Ability to analyse complex scenarios and data, including financial and business performance information and prepare business cases.
