Senior Manager - Customer Service Operations Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations. Budgeting & Cost Management:

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 9+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of managing large teams and driving operational excellence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
