Your New Role As Curriculum Development Lead, you will take ownership of building and leading the organisation's curriculum development capabilities. This role involves shaping structured learning frameworks, driving curriculum innovation, and ensuring training programs meet evolving industry needs.
You will lead a team of curriculum developers and work closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and deliver impactful learning solutions across both clinical and non‑clinical domains. Key Responsibilities 1. Curriculum Strategy & Leadership
Lead and mentor a curriculum development team across the full spectrum of learning design, from needs analysis to instructional delivery.
Develop and implement structured curriculum frameworks and standardised design methodologies.
Ensure curriculum design aligns with industry practices, regulatory requirements, and organisational objectives.
2. Quality Assurance & Learning Effectiveness
Review and enhance curriculum quality to ensure effectiveness, efficiency, and learner engagement.
Apply research‑based instructional approaches and evidence‑based practices in program design.
Continuously evaluate and refine programs to maintain relevance and high standards.
3. Programme Development & Innovation
Drive the development of blended learning solutions, including e‑learning, classroom training, and workplace‑based learning.
Promote critical thinking and lifelong learning through innovative instructional approaches.
Stay updated with emerging trends in education, pedagogy, and learning technologies.
4. Stakeholder & Industry Engagement
Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to design role‑specific training programmes.
Engage industry partners to identify current and future training needs.
Provide expert guidance to trainers and ensure delivery is aligned with programme objectives.
5. Team & Operational Management
Oversee curriculum developers and trainers to ensure consistency in content quality and delivery standards.
Maintain proper documentation, course materials, and development processes.
Drive cross‑functional collaboration with marketing and other teams to identify new training opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in curriculum or learning design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
Strong knowledge of curriculum design frameworks, instructional methodologies, and adult learning principles.
Experience developing both clinical and non‑clinical training programmes is an advantage.
Familiarity with industry‑aligned or nationally funded training programmes is a plus.
Proficient in learning management systems and educational technologies.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
Bilingual capability is an advantage for stakeholder engagement.
