About the RoleEkosight is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven professional to lead its CSR partnerships and implementation programs. The individual will be responsible for identifying, securing, managing, and expanding CSR-funded projects focused on soil health, sustainable agriculture, farmer livelihoods, climate resilience, women empowerment, and rural entrepreneurship.
The role requires a unique combination of business development, stakeholder management, project implementation, proposal writing, impact reporting, and field execution. The candidate should be comfortable engaging with CSR heads, foundations, NGOs, government agencies, FPOs, and implementation partners while ensuring successful on-ground delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities1. CSR Partnership Development- Identify and engage potential CSR partners, corporate foundations, family offices, and philanthropic organizations.
- Build relationships with CSR Heads, Sustainability Heads, ESG teams, and corporate leadership.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of CSR opportunities.
- Represent Ekosight in CSR forums, conferences, industry events, and networking platforms.
- Convert CSR discussions into long-term partnerships and funded projects.
2. Proposal Development & Fundraising- Develop compelling CSR proposals, concept notes, project plans, and budgets.
- Align proposals with CSR priorities such as:
- Sustainable Agriculture
- Farmer Livelihood Enhancement
- Climate Resilience
- Women Empowerment
- Rural Entrepreneurship
- Soil Health Improvement
- Natural Resource Management
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop technically strong project designs.
- Prepare presentations and pitch decks for potential partners.
3. Program Design & Strategy- Design scalable agriculture and rural development programs.
- Develop implementation models around:
- Soil Doctor Clinics
- Soil Testing Programs
- Soil Doctor Training Programs
- Farmer Capacity Building
- Women-led Soil Didi Programs
- FPO Strengthening
- Agri-Entrepreneurship Development
- Define project goals, KPIs, monitoring frameworks, and sustainability plans.
4. Project Implementation & Monitoring- Lead end-to-end implementation of CSR projects.
- Coordinate with field teams, NGOs, FPOs, and local stakeholders.
- Ensure timely achievement of project milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct field visits and implementation reviews.
- Monitor project performance and troubleshoot implementation challenges.
5. Impact Measurement & Reporting- Develop impact measurement frameworks.
- Track project outcomes and beneficiary impact.
- Prepare periodic progress reports, utilization reports, and impact reports.
- Document case studies, success stories, testimonials, and field learnings.
- Present project outcomes to CSR partners and stakeholders.
6. Stakeholder Management- Manage relationships with:
- Corporate CSR Teams
- Foundations
- NGOs
- FPOs
- Government Departments
- Academic Institutions
- Development Sector Organizations
- Act as the primary point of contact for project partners.
7. Ecosystem Building- Build strategic partnerships that strengthen Ekosight's impact ecosystem.
- Explore collaborations with development agencies, incubators, donor organizations, and multilateral institutions.
- Identify opportunities for scaling successful projects across states.
Required QualificationsEducation- MBA
- Master's in Rural Management, Development Studies, Agriculture, Social Work, Sustainability, or related field preferred.
Experience- 2-3 years of experience in CSR, development sector, NGO management, social impact programs, or sustainability initiatives.
- Experience in agriculture, rural development, livelihoods, or climate-focused projects preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in proposal writing and donor/CSR engagement.
