Senior Manager – CSR Fundraising

Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR fundraising strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with new and existing corporate partners across India.

Design compelling proposals, pitch decks, concept notes, and impact reports to secure CSR funding.

Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Ensure compliance with CSR regulations including Section 135 of the Companies Act and related reporting standards.

Collaborate with program and finance teams to structure fundable projects and define measurable impact outcomes.

Oversee end-to-end CSR partnership management including reporting, utilization tracking, and donor communication.
