Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our team and help us grow the business of different verticals within PharmEasy. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in growth marketing, user retention strategy and PnL management. They will also have a deep understanding of pricing, discount management and campaign management.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the revenue and profit strategy with tactical tools like pricing, clm and storefront control of the platform. You will work closely with the product and analytics teams to identify, structure, pilot and scale various strategic initiatives and features for customer experience. You will also be acutely aware of the online pharmacy industry and the competitive landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Own all metrics associated with campaign performance, revenue, PnL, experience, etc.
- Manage a team of 7-8 crm executives & plan overall strategy for the business from a CRM Retention standpoint.
- Work with a lot of different stakeholders like content, creative, legal, tech, product, analytics & external Marktech vendors like GupShup etc on a day to day basis.
- Active data tracking for revenue of various user cohorts, channels, etc.
- Manage daily campaign execution and journey building for Pharma customers and work with content and creative teams to make the communication journeys engaging
- Manage storefront visibility vertical wise & build a strategy for making app units more engaging & improving funnels
- Setting up new engagement programs, experimenting aggressively, and prioritizing initiatives to increase the overall engagement levels of users
- Build a strong culture of user-first thinking and product planning to drive impactful outcomes across the entire lifecycle of the user
- Developing growth strategies for the business to achieve higher Customer Lifetime Value and improving cross-sell to increase Average Revenue per user
- Working closely with Procurement, Logistics and Customer Success teams to improve users platform and post sales experience.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in growth and retention marketing
- Knowledge of MarkTech platforms like MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Great at driving various projects simultaneously with high ownership
- Deep understanding of the online pharmacy industry and the competitive landscape is a bonus
