Job Title: Senior Manager / AGM/DGM/GM

Key Responsibilities

• Project Estimation:
• Prepare cost estimates for current and upcoming Solar & Wind projects.
• Apply appropriate assumptions and challenge existing practices to drive cost optimization.
• Ensure understanding of cost sensitivity and its impact on project viability.
• Cost Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyse costing components, trends, and data sources to generate accurate reports.
• Support negotiations with comparative data across suppliers and internal benchmarks.
• Commodity Market Intelligence:
• Track key commodities in the renewable sector, including historical trends, future outlook, global tariffs, and trade dynamics.
• Assess project sensitivity to commodity price fluctuations and market conditions.
• Data Analytics & Business Intelligence:
• Develop intelligence matrices, MIS reports, and market positioning analysis.
• Conduct sensitivity analysis on project variables at individual and aggregate levels.
• Compliance & Cost Control:
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with cost control measures.
• Identify cost drivers such as production time, materials, and labor.
• Technical & Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Interpret blueprints and technical documents for accurate estimation.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors to finalize estimates.
• Recommend cost optimization strategies and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors in engineering
• Strong understanding of renewable energy project costing and estimation.
• Expertise in commodity market analysis and cost sensitivity.
• Proficiency in data analytics, MIS, and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
