Role Description

The Senior Manager - Corporate Tax will be responsible for overseeing and managing tax compliance, tax planning strategies, and tax-related advisory for various clients. The role involves ensuring adherence to taxation laws, preparing tax filings, providing guidance on tax structures, and mitigating risks. Additionally, the role includes keeping up-to-date with tax legislation and identifying opportunities to optimize tax efficiencies for clients. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, requiring leadership and effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Tax Planning, including formulating and implementing effective tax strategies
• Experienced in managing tax litigation across field officer and appellate authorities
• Expertise in Tax Compliance and ensuring adherence to tax regulations and deadlines
• Proficient in Tax Preparation and managing accurate filings
• Solid understanding of Tax Law and its practical application
• Hands-on experience in broad tax-related domains, including corporate tax and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and teams effectively
• Ability to work independently, with a detail-oriented and solution-driven approach
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent are highly preferred
• Prior experience in advising mid-size to large corporations is a plus
