Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales professional to identify, engage, and close business deals with corporate clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with corporate accounts, and ensuring a seamless sales experience.

How you will make an impact:

  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and client feedback to refine offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Track key sales metrics, funnel health, and conversion ratios to drive data-led decisions.
  • Pitch Zyla's wellness offerings to potential partners and corporate clients with strong value articulation.
  • Work closely with the client servicing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high NPS, and strong renewal rates.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing corporate sales team.
  • Set clear targets, review performance regularly, and drive accountability across the team.
  • Coach team members on consultative selling, enterprise pitching, and closure techniques.
  • Deeply understand client personas, their unmet wellness needs, and clearly articulate how Zyla's offerings bridge these gaps.
  • Build and manage a healthy, aggressive pipeline for Corporate Sales across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Own end-to-end sales closures, including large deal negotiations and final ticket closures.
  • Lead RFQ responses, commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract closures.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, proposal submissions, and closure of all sales tickets.

We are looking for people who:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B / enterprise sales with a proven track record of large deal closures.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and drive revenue and growth metrics.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in building and scaling sales teams.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively leading and collaborating with teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking combined with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in wellness, healthcare, SaaS, or benefits sales is a strong plus.
