Senior Process Manager (HRBP) Role and responsibilities:
- Partner with vertical leaders to understand business priorities and design engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage the Performance Management System (PMS) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive attrition control initiatives and implement succession planning for critical roles.
- Conduct pulse checks, analyze insights, and create actionable interventions.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership teams, enabling informed decision-making through data and analytics.
- Work closely with the Program Leader to maintain balanced HR and Ops communication and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Execute HiPo development and career discussion programs for identified Analyst/Sr. Analyst groups.
- Implement measures to reduce grievance levels.
- Organize MTMs and conduct pulse meetings to strengthen engagement.
- Drive Rewards & Recognition programs to celebrate contributions and achievements.
- Close background verification cases with identified discrepancies or insufficiencies.
- Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards for program and process performance tracking.
Technical and Functional Skills:
- The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience into HRBP role (Tech domain)
- Good exposure of performance appraisal, succession planning and stakeholder management.
- Experience required into employee engagement and connect activities.
- Good knowledge of excel and experience into preparing various trackers.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
