Purpose of your Role:
The incumbent will be required to work across the LOBs/BU to gather, prioritize, manage, maintain, collaborate with stakeholders to support CHRO in driving HR imperatives & ensure execution of all people practices & projects
Summary of the role:
End to end strategic and operational assistance to the CHRO on the requirements of preparing important reports, pitch decks, presentations, managing and facilitating meetings along with the Secretary (off-site, on-site, and virtual) spanning across global time zones & teams, business trips and complete management of all crucial/special tasks s/he is expected to accomplish. This position must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced professional work environment that demands excellent problem solving, organizational, and communication skills while always maintaining confidentiality. The incumbent would demonstrate the ability to drive results in an ambiguous environment, with a high level of attention to detail. The incumbent would be required to carry out strategic tasks in which s/he strongly contributes, learns, builds, and is challenged. The role requires great organizational skills, ability to find solutions to problems, juggle multiple requests, and identify ways to drive efficiency.
You will be accountable for (Key Responsibilities):
  • Provide day-to-day strategic support to the CHRO which includes the preparation and routing of reports, documents, emails, presentation decks, ad hoc data requests, dashboards, etc.
  • Support Global BU s such as Human Resource, Supply Chain Management, Corporate Services, Corporate Social Responsibility, Compliance
  • Work on special projects as requested, which might require making in-roads wherever required to collect data, opinions, understanding current scenarios, data mining, estimation & presentation of facts, etc.
  • Ability to exercise independent & proactive decision-making, working in a manner that displays a highly adaptable work style, & especially open in expecting, accepting & implementing feedback and direction.
  • Work well under pressure and tight deadlines and exercise good discretion /maintain confidentiality are significant requirements in this position.
  • Must be able to juggle several competing tasks and work well under pressure. Must be able to identify functional and company priorities and anticipate needs in adjusting priorities and scheduling to meet such priorities.
  • Interaction involves regular communication requiring interpretation, persuasion, and discretionary skills. Requires daily contact with all levels of management, often dealing with confidential information.
  • Attending key leadership meetings and taking minutes. In conjunction with the leaders, create agendas for these meetings, drive key actions, follow up with constituents, and circulate MOMs.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Maintain electronic records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Support functional dashboard activities for the CHRO.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, willing to roll up his/her sleeves, think and move fast, dive deep, and get things done. Anticipating and planning for changes, and the ability to stay organized while helping senior management get crucial knowledge are critical skills.
You have (Qualification and exp):
  • Strong knowledge of the global business environment, business strategy & intricacies of management reporting.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative & reporting skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative and trust-based work environment.
  • Maturity to handle confidential and/or sensitive information.
  • Willingness to learn and share knowledge and experience across regional and organizational boundaries.
  • Open mindset and flexibility towards change and unforeseen circumstances
  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
  • Flexibility and readiness to work in a virtual team with remote management.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and curious. Willing to ask questions and gaindeeper understanding of designated tasks.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Exposure to technology platforms
