Senior Manager Corporate Finance

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Corporate Finance who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you will play a critical part in leading the company's fund-raising initiatives, managing financial partnerships, and overseeing treasury operations. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize capital structure, manage cost of funds, and build strong relationships with lenders and rating agencies, while ensuring alignment with the company's long-term growth and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis
• Prepare MIS reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
• Prepare and file tax returns and reports

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
• CA / MBA (Finance) with understanding of IND AS is preferred
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks)
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools
• Good understanding of taxation and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai's Western suburbs).
