Role description
Title: Finance Manager / Financial Reporting Specialist
Experience: 4–5 Years (Post-Qualification)
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end financial reporting function of the organization.
- Coordinate and ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and finalize financial statements in compliance with IND AS and IGAAP standards.
- Maintain a strong understanding of accounting standards and ensure adherence in all financial reporting.
- Oversee risk management processes and ensure compliance with ICFR (Internal Controls over Financial Reporting).
- Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, compare with previous periods, and present insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST, corporate tax, and payroll-related laws.
- Support and execute ad hoc projects as required by management.
- Evaluate and strengthen systems, processes, accounting policies, and internal controls to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
