Job Description

We're looking for a skilled and agile Sr Manager- Content Marketing with proven experience in performance-driven content and a strong understanding of digital metrics. In this role, you'll be leading a team of extremely capable content marketers who can convert consumers for the categories they own. Your job is to track competitors, relevant metrics, upcoming content formats across META, Google, marketplaces, Q-Com & Retention channels (whatsapp, emailers, push, messages) and guide your team to make better content decisions. Expect to dive deep into A/B testing, work with brand managers to understand the category dynamics, make consumer calls to understand their core pain points, work with creative directors, video editors, and content writers to improve brand storytelling across the content funnel and impact ROAS.

Responsibilities:

· Guide a team of content marketers with an extensive study of categories, competitors, and drive better storytelling in the top, middle, and bottom funnel content

· Define KPIs for each platform, track, and report them MoM

· Create and monitor SOPs for cross-functional flow of assets ahead of time, whether it's BAU, specific sale periods, or seasonal pushes on marketplaces.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with campaign goals

· Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output

· Continuously test and refine messaging based on performance metrics and user behaviour

Requirements:

· 9-11 years of proven experience in digital marketing content covering Google, YT, influencer & UGC content, emailers, whatsapp, marketplaces, and qcom with focus on formats that nudges audiences to click, enagage, and convert

· A work portfolio that showcases impact-driven campaigns with clear category upticks

· Proven experience in guiding a team with clarity, creativity, and speed across multiple formats and platforms

· Strong data analysis skill with focus on consumer and platform trends

· Strong MoM reporting skill to create visibility within the organisation
