Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute the content strategy across key formats, including:
- Sales and marketing collaterals (brochures, solution briefs, one-pagers)
- Website and campaign specific landing pages
- Case studies, success stories, whitepapers, POVs and eBooks
- Video scripts, storyboards, and email/social campaign content
- Press releases and thought leadership articles
Webinar Strategy & Execution
- Define webinar themes aligned to business priorities and campaign goals.
- Proactively identify, engage, and manage internal stakeholders (SMEs, practice leaders, executives, customers) to drive participation.
- Develop complete webinar content packages from topic framing, abstracts, slide narratives, speaker talking points, polling questions to follow-up assets.
- Ensure webinars are repurposed into downstream assets (blogs, snippets, social posts, email content).
- Act as the central coordinator between marketing, speakers, design, and operations to ensure webinars are delivered on time and to quality standards.
Partner closely with marketing, product/solution teams, sales, and leadership to align content with positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market priorities.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and narrative across all channels and content types.
- Manage content workflows end-to-endfrom brief creation and stakeholder reviews to final delivery.
- Conduct research and competitor benchmarking to identify new content opportunities and strengthen thought leadership.
- Support SEO optimization, messaging frameworks, and campaign content calendars.
- Work with designers and video teams to turn ideas into visually compelling assets.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 813 years of experience in B2B content writing or content marketing (IT industry experience preferred).
- Sales and marketing collaterals (brochures, solution briefs, one-pagers)
- Website and campaign specific landing pages
- Case studies, success stories, whitepapers, POVs and eBooks
- Video scripts, storyboards, and email/social campaign content
- Press releases and thought leadership articles
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams and managing content projects end-to-end.
Education & Certifications (Preferred):
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.
