Role Overview:

As Senior Manager Content Marketing, you will be the strategic and operational lead for all content initiatives at Wisemonk. You will develop, execute, and optimize a content marketing strategy that establishes Wisemonk as a thought leader in global workforce solutions, drives brand awareness, generates leads, and supports customer engagement across multiple channels. This is a high-impact role for a creative and analytical leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a robust content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and target audience needs.
• Define and track key content metrics (traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversion) using analytics tools.
• Conduct content audits and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve content strategy and execution.
• Champion content marketing best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, leadership, and external writers to deliver authoritative and insightful content.
• Lead the creation, editing, and curation of high-quality content that addresses customer pain points, showcases Wisemonk's expertise, and differentiates us in the market.
• Identify new content formats and channels to maximize reach and engagement.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on content marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment is required
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful content marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes in SaaS or technology sectors.
• Experience managing teams and collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
