Job Description

Coordinating and controlling the order cycle day to day basis with intra department through FIFO
to achieve ZERO customer complain.
Tracking & monitoring TTAT ( Truck turn around time ).
Reducing manpower cost through proper arrangement of vehicles for daily dispatch planning
given from HO. Deployment of Manpower as per requirement.
Preparation of documents like Invoices, Job work Challans along with E-way bills & IRN as per
GST rules
Monitoring & guide subordinates for various tasks like receipt/issue of material, GRN preparations,
scrap disposal through MSTC Portal, item codification for easy material track-out
Ensure the compliance with desired laws and regulations regarding transportation, hazardous
materials. Resolve any legal issues pertaining to transportation.
Manage Transporter relationships at the working level to meet company's goal and objective
Checking of GST Inputs Invoices, Job work documents details and ITC reversal on FOC supplies.
Checking of GST invoices as per GST provision;
Co-ordination with Supplier on the invoices not in compliance with GST provision;
Preparing Job Work Details related to Preforms;
Support in preparing details for monthly filing of GSTR1 and GSTR3B returns;
Co-ordinating and preparing Export documents related to Silvassa Plant in co-ordination with EXIM
dept.;
Liasioning with the departments;
Monthly Basis Miscellaneous Work: Vendor Ageing to comply with 180 days regulation,
Insurance Receipt and GST reversals, Ineligible ITC reversals, ITC reversals on FOC
supplies.
Knowledge of SAP is must
