Job Title: Senior Manager Commercial

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join our Commercial Business (Non-SME) vertical. The role will be responsible for underwriting and portfolio management across key commercial lines such as Property, Marine, CAR, GAR, and related segments.

• Underwrite and evaluate risks across Property, Marine, CAR, GAR, and other commercial lines
• Assess proposals, determine pricing, and ensure profitability of the portfolio
• Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements
• Manage and monitor portfolio performance, including loss ratios and exposure levels
• Collaborate with distribution/sales teams to drive business growth and achieve targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and key clients
• Handle complex and large-value risk assessments and approvals
• Support product development and process improvements within the commercial segment
• Provide technical underwriting guidance and mentoring to team members
