The Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for developing compelling marketing materials, brand‑aligned content and sales enablement assets to support the company's commercial objectives. This role strengthens the company's commercial value proposition by equipping Sales and Customer Service teams with impactful tools that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. The Senior Manager is accountable for commercial marketing across 6 Regions, 50+ countries in the Group and will collaborate closely with the Corporate Communications Department to ensure brand consistency, aligned messaging, and coordinated execution across all customer‑facing channels.


Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Growth & Development

  • Lead the development, design, and production of marketing collaterals including product brochures, trade lane highlights, customer presentations, service announcements, digital content, and campaign materials.
  • Maintain updated and market‑ready marketing toolkits to support Sales and Customer Service teams globally.
  • Own the Martech & digital marketing stack for the group (Integration of marketing into CRM, marketing automation, analytics)
  • Define and govern customer insight programs and market intelligence framework. Conduct market, customer,and competitive research to ensure messaging is relevant and commercially impactful.
  • Develop standardized templates and storytellingformats to ensure consistency across regional commercial teams.
  • Ensure that all marketing deliverables reinforce thecontainer line's brand positioning and commercial strategy.
  • Support the launch of new services, trade lanes, andcommercial initiatives with integrated marketing assets.

Must Have:

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Maritime or related discipline with minimum 10 years of relevant shipping experience.

  • Highly numerate with good analytical thinking and quantitative skills.

  • Self-driven with ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) & people management.

  • Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership.

  • Willing to Travel when required.

  • Appointment will commensurate with experience.
