Senior Manager - Commercial Claims

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

Role: Claims - Commercial

• 5-9 years of experience in Commercial Claims, with 50-70% exposure to Marine Claims and 30-50% to Liability Claims.
• Expertise in ocean marine cargo claims, liability claims, recovery/subrogation, and surveyor management.
• Experience handling corporate accounts, brokers, and surveyors reinsurance exposure is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to independently manage claims files.
• Graduate in Engineering or any discipline MBA preferred but not mandatory.
• CII/III qualifications are welcome but not a mandatory selection criterion.
