Job Summary
The Sr Manager-IPA Delivery Mgmt will oversee the strategic planning and execution of AI and machine learning projects. With a focus on program delivery management the role involves coordinating resources and ensuring the successful implementation of innovative AI solutions. The candidate will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead end to end delivery of AI transformation programs across multiple domains.
Drive solution design and implementation leveraging Generative AI Machine Learning and Agentic AI.
Partner with clients stakeholders and internal teams to define transformation roadmaps.
Ensure on-time high-quality delivery with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to foster innovation and adoption of new technologies.
Collaborate with product engineering and business teams to scale AI solutions.
- Lead the planning and execution of AI and machine learning projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the management of resources including allocation and optimization to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Provide strategic direction for the development and implementation of agentic AI and generative AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and machine learning concepts into existing processes and systems.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality AI solutions by implementing robust quality assurance and testing procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of AI delivery processes.
- Monitor project progress and performance providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues that arise.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team encouraging the exploration of new AI technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in program planning and delivery management with a proven track record of successful project execution.
- Demonstrate expertise in resource management including the ability to effectively allocate and optimize resources.
- Have a strong understanding of agentic AI and generative AI with practical experience in implementing these technologies.
- Exhibit proficiency in AI and machine learning concepts with the ability to integrate them into business processes.
- Show capability in leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Display strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges in AI project delivery.
