Position Title: Senior Manager – Closing Sales
Location: Pune

Role Summary
The Manager – Closing Sales will be responsible for driving site-level sales closures, revenue generation, customer relationship management, and achieving assigned business targets. The role requires expertise in customer handling, negotiations, inventory movement, channel partner coordination, and end-to-end sales closure management while ensuring an excellent customer experience and adherence to organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Planning & Revenue Management
Contribute towards Annual Operating Plan (AOP) with inputs on sales projections, market trends, competition analysis, and revenue planning.
Develop and execute sales closure strategies to maximize conversions and revenue realization.
Monitor inventory movement and ensure timely closures of available inventory.
Support budgeting for site-level sales activities, promotional campaigns, and broker payouts.
- Closing Sales & Customer Management
Drive achievement of sales targets through effective lead handling and closure management.
Handle high-value customer interactions, negotiations, and deal closures.
Ensure effective follow-up on leads generated through various channels.
Coordinate with CRM, finance, legal, and operations teams for seamless booking and documentation processes.
Deliver superior customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate repeat and referral business.
- Channel Partner Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.
Drive business generation through channel sales networks.
Ensure proper communication of company policies, projects, pricing, and commission structures to channel partners.
Monitor productivity and performance of channel partners to maximize closures.
- Market Intelligence & Business Development
Conduct regular market research on competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.
Identify opportunities for business growth and improve sales conversion strategies.
Share market feedback and customer insights with internal stakeholders for business improvements.
Explore corporate and institutional sales opportunities within the region.
- Team Management & Leadership
Lead and guide the site sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Define KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
Mentor and develop team members to enhance productivity and performance.
Ensure effective manpower planning and balanced allocation of responsibilities.
Drive team engagement and maintain a high-performance culture.
- Process Excellence & Reporting
Ensure adherence to company sales processes, compliance standards, and timelines.
Maintain accurate MIS reports, sales trackers, and closure data.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of sales transactions.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
