Designation: Senior Manager - Account Strategist

Position Description: As a Senior Manager - Account Strategist, you will be a key liaison between campaign delivery and sales teams, leading the strategic account management of high-value clients. You will drive performance marketing initiatives, foster strong client relationships, and optimize Apple Search Ads campaigns for maximum impact.
Primary Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Lead and expand relationships with top-tier app advertisers and performance marketing agencies.
- Manage and nurture strategic client partnerships, ensuring alignment with their user acquisition goals.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, execute, and optimize Apple Search Ads campaigns with a data-driven approach.
- Utilize Newton's insights, rule-based bidding, and advanced optimization techniques to exceed KPIs.
- Regularly analyze campaign performance, provide in-depth reporting, and implement data-backed improvements.
Consultative Client Engagement:
- Act as a subject matter expert, educating clients on best practices and strategies for Apple Search Ads.
- Ensure transparency by keeping clients informed on campaign execution and performance insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Client Management, Design, Engineering, Product Management, and Finance teams.
- Provide strategic feedback to Product Management, Tech, and Data Science teams for feature development and process enhancements.
- Drive seamless testing, feature rollouts, and process improvements.
Required Skills:
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in performance advertising account management, with a strong track record of driving results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Analytical Expertise: Proficiency in data analysis, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Pivot Tables for data-driven decision-making.
- Market Knowledge: Excellent network within the industry and strong market acumen.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights effectively.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of performance marketing and a passion for delivering impactful results in a fast-paced environment.
