KEY PARAMETERS
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, and creating & providing B2B software or services related technical
- solutions to International customers
- Open to international travel to meet customers & prospects
- Preference: An educational degree from OR worked & lived anywhere in the USA or EMEA region for at least 2 years; travel history to USA or Schengen countries
- Open to being flexible about work timings. Zinrelo has clients across the world, and this role would necessitate working in different time zones as required
Description
- The Senior Manager, Client Solutions is a strategic role at Zinrelo, and will have the opportunity to directly impact company revenues.
- The Senior Manager, Client Solutions will closely work with the Sales team, enabling them to close deals across various international markets.
- The Senior Manager, Client Solutions will be responsible for the end-to-end sales solutioning understand prospects needs & objectives, create tailored solutions to address prospects requirements & use cases, drive solution demos and presentations, and facilitate closure of deals.
OBJECTIVES & SUCCESS METRICS
The success of this role will be determined by the amount of revenues closed each quarter and annually,
either through new client acquisition or cross/up selling.
Key Responsibilities
- The Senior Manager, Client Solutions will be the face of the company, act as an ambassador of Zinrelo in front of prospects, and be the bridge between Zinrelo customers/prospects and the Sales team
- The primary responsibility will be to provide solutions for sales deals, including the following:
- Understand prospects needs, objectives, requirements & use cases
- Understand the Zinrelo technology, product, features, capabilities, integrations, solutions, industry specific use cases, success stories, etc.
- Prepare product demos, proof of concept and custom solutions to address the needs of the prospect
- Drive solution demos and presentations independently, articulating prospects needs and Zinrelo solutions
- Build the solution, narrative and pitch for individual prospects; and deliver great looking presentations
- Drive technical and capabilities solutioning across the sales cycle to facilitate closing of deals by the Sales team
- Additional responsibilities would also include
- Travel to the prospect locations for technical & solutioning meetings, if required
- Understand the Zinrelo product and solution offering key features, capabilities, value
- proposition, use cases, benefits for various industry verticals, etc.
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs
- Work with sales team members to strategize on accounts
- Liaise with other teams Product & Engineering, Custom Development, , Customer Success
- Marketing, Partnerships to provide feedback, understand use cases, for joint GTM, etc.
- Create innovative solutions and sales strategies to enhance sales
- Ensure detailed reporting and CRM compliance
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of proven B2B software and services consulting, sales solutioning, or technical solutioning experience in international markets.
- Hands-on experience building web applications, including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and webhooks.
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Python or PHP would be a plus.
- Excellent written and phone communication skills with international clients
- Strong presentation skills ability to present to Zinrelo Clients
- Capable of building positive relationships at a CXO level with Clients
- Should have worked for a software product or services company.
- Prior experience of meeting customers & prospects in international markets
- Strong solutioning and consulting skills with large companies
- Proactive, well organized, and self-motivated ability to manage multiple engagements and sales pursuits in parallel
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience or knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce preferred
- Prior software engineering background
