Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Manager, Client Servicing role based in Gurugram. The role involves establishing a client servicing team, managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving service excellence. The candidate will act as a key point of contact for clients, facilitating communication, understanding their requirements, and ensuring these align with the company's strategic goals. The Senior Manager will lead efforts to enhance client servicing processes and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Client Services and Client Relations, with a focus on developing and maintaining strong client partnerships
  • Strong expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring retention and loyalty
  • Previous experience in setting up or leading a CS team highly preferable
  • Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership abilities and experience in driving and mentoring teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant advanced certifications are a plus
  • Previous experience in the advertising, marketing, or technology sectors is highly desirable
