Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Online Reputation Management (ORM) strategy across Google, social media, review platforms, forums, and digital channels.
• Monitor and analyze online conversations, reviews, mentions, sentiment, and brand perception.
• Develop strategies to strengthen Chandigarh University's digital reputation and brand credibility.
• Manage responses to positive, negative, and critical reviews with timely and appropriate communication.
• Identify potential reputation risks and develop proactive response and escalation strategies.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Content, SEO, PR, Admissions, and Brand teams to ensure consistent digital communication.
• Track key ORM metrics including sentiment, ratings, response time, reach, engagement, and reputation trends.
• Develop regular ORM dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights.
• Use social listening and analytics tools to identify emerging trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the ORM team and ensure effective execution of reputation-management initiatives.
