Senior Manager, Central Support Services - Office based

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Central Support Services to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Manager, Central Support Services at ICON, you will be crucial in overseeing and optimizing our central support functions to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. You will lead a team dedicated to providing essential support services across various departments, ensuring seamless operations and the delivery of high-quality support to meet our organizational goals.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Managing and overseeing central support services, including administrative functions, IT support, facilities management, and other essential operational services.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of support services, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.

  • Leading and mentoring a team of support professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting continuous improvement in service delivery.

  • Coordinating with internal departments to address support needs, resolve issues, and streamline processes to improve overall organizational performance.

  • Monitoring service performance, analyzing metrics, and providing regular reports to senior management on key support activities and opportunities for improvement.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Significant experience in managing central support services or similar operational functions, with a proven track record of optimizing service delivery.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team of support professionals.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
