We are looking for a Category Leader who would be responsible for strategizing and growing our up-levelling tech categories. We're looking for someone who can build long-term visions for the category and work cross-functionally to deliver results.
What does the role entail
- Develop the business plan and execute the P&L of the Category
- Define, track, and improve key metrics across the funnel. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and report key findings
- Identify various marketing opportunities that allow for the business to scale up / activate specific consumer segments to grow the category
- Plan for optimization of campaigns for cost-efficient customer acquisition across channels
- Understand consumer segments, behavior, latent needs, and value propositions through qualitative and quantitative research to identify and fill product gaps
- Driving category overall success & growth by working closely with Product, Curriculum, Sales, Marketing, & Operations
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Generate new product ideas, and enhancements to existing products and collate requests from both internal and external requestors
- Create/Improve the GTM strategy for new/existing products

What would excite us
- Should have 5+ years of relevant experience, and worked as a Category Growth Head or in a similar role
- Proven experience in launching/scaling categories of any business line in a consumer internet company
- MBA or B.Tech from a Tier 1 college
- Solid knowledge of building GTM strategies, category management, and business development principles
- Radical Accountability: run the vertical like your own business
- Edtech market knowledge/Tech background is an added advantage
