As a Senior Manager - Category Demand Management, you will play a vital role in overseeing and driving demand for specific categories. With 5-7 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to for category's revenue , growth, demand planning & customer growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead the category demand management team in setting strategic direction and goals.
2. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including category, planning, events, storefront & supply chain to align demand strategies with overall business objectives.
4. Develop pricing and promotion strategies to drive revenue and improve margins.
5. Monitor and forecast product demand, inventory levels, and revenue performance to make data-driven decisions
6. Ensure timely and accurate execution of demand plans.
7. Track key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success of demand management initiatives.
