Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Business Training
We are seeking a strategic training manager to lead knowledge transfer (KT) for transitions and steady-state operations and establish robust knowledge management (KM) practices for a new account in insurance unit. The role will partner closely with delivery, transitions, and HR to deliver measurable outcomes: faster time-to-proficiency, lower dependency risk, improved client experience, and higher productivity.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end Knowledge Transfer for the new account
Partner with Operations & Transitions to ensure seamless knowledge transfer
Design and implement ways of working, training plans, assessment framework, and success criteria.
Ensure SOPs availability and L5 detailing covering all areas of work
Front end with clients & leadership on training progress and performance governance
Solution & plan for any contingencies
Institutionalize & run KM practices once account goes into BAU - NHT, SOP mgt, PKT, Cross Training, and Trainer model
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in KTs/Transitions will be an added advantage
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
ExperienceinInsurance domain
Familiarity with AI tools and digital learning platforms
Good in MS Excel andsPowerPoint
