Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of experience (preferably from a CA firm/consulting setup).
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting and compliance.
Proven leadership and multitasking skills across client accounts.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Business Support Services engagements and oversee client delivery for outsourced accounting functions.
Responsibilities include MIS Reporting, statutory and tax compliance, payroll, and audit support.
Manage client relationships and ensure service quality.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, etc.
