Senior Operations Manager – Ecommerce Supply Chain

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: On-site (6 days a week)

About the Role

We're looking for a highly driven Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end ecommerce supply chain. This role will own operations across procurement, inventory, fulfillment, and logistics—ensuring seamless order execution across domestic and international markets.

You will play a critical role in scaling operations, improving efficiency, and building resilient supply chain systems while working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Operations Management

• Own and manage the end-to-end ecommerce supply chain—from sourcing to final delivery

• Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment strategies

• Ensure optimal stock levels across warehouses and fulfillment centers

Fulfillment & Logistics

• Manage relationships with international fulfillment centers (3PLs) and logistics partners

• Drive operational efficiency across order processing, warehousing, and last-mile delivery

• Monitor SLAs, delivery timelines, and cost optimization initiatives

International Operations

• Handle cross-border logistics, compliance, and customs coordination

• Optimize shipping routes, costs, and delivery timelines for global markets

Marketplace Operations

• Manage backend operations across ecommerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, etc.)

• Ensure smooth order flow, returns management, and customer experience metrics

• Coordinate with marketing and growth teams to align supply with demand spikes

Process Optimization & Automation

• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational processes

• Leverage tools and technology to automate workflows and improve accuracy

• Drive data-led decision-making using KPIs and dashboards

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor operations teams

• Collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams (finance, marketing, product)

• Act as the key point of contact for all operational escalations

Key Metrics (What Success Looks Like)

• Order fulfillment rate & accuracy

• Inventory turnover & stock-out reduction

• Logistics cost optimization

• Delivery timelines (OTIF – On Time In Full)

• Return rate and resolution time

Qualifications & Experience

Must-Have:

• 5–10 years of experience in ecommerce operations / supply chain management

• Proven experience managing international fulfillment centers (3PLs)

• Strong understanding of inventory planning, logistics, and demand forecasting

• Experience working with cross-border ecommerce operations

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with ecommerce marketplaces like TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, etc.

• Experience in high-growth or D2C ecommerce environments

• Familiarity with supply chain tools / ERPs / WMS systems
