Role Purpose

The Senior Manager Business Finance will play a critical role in driving financial governance, performance tracking, and business decision support. This role requires strong ownership of MIS, month-end processes, team leadership, and close collaboration with Sales and Business stakeholders.

The responsibilities we entrust you with

Business Finance & Reporting

Own and drive Business Finance activities, including financial analysis and performance tracking.

Prepare and present MIS reports and management dashboards with clear business insights.

Deliver client-wise profitability analysis and actionable recommendations.

Support business leaders with financial inputs for decision-making.

Closing, Accounting & Compliance

Manage month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial controls.

Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing and coordinate closely with the Sales team for collections.

Ensure strong accounting knowledge and compliance, including:

o GST

o TDS

Handle internal and external audits end-to-end.

Systems & Tools

Strong working knowledge of Excel (advanced functions, macros preferred).

Proficiency in PowerPoint for senior leadership presentations.

Experience with Oracle ERP is an added advantage.

People & Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and manage a team of 45 finance professionals.

Guide team members to deliver high-quality outputs within timelines.

Drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Exposure to Agile frameworks for team delivery and execution is desirable.
