Role Description- Senior Manager - Business Finance

Reporting to (role)- GM- Business Finance

Key Responsibilities (Functional);

• Spearhead annual budgeting cycles and deliver comprehensive periodic management.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements to drive strategic insights.
• Monitor entity-level profitability metrics and build dynamic, event-driven financial forecasts.
• Drive cross-functional cost optimization initiatives to maximize margins across all business lines.
• Oversee intercompany transfer pricing transactions across group entities to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Own the execution of quarterly statutory audits with an emphasis on accuracy and zero errors
• Integration of AI tools to automate financial workflows and reporting.

Education Qualification

Mandatory- Post Graduation from finance stream

Preferred- CA, CFA, Mcom. or MBA Finance

Technical Skills

Preferred- Advance Excel and Power Point Presentation, Good Knowledge of SAP and

Accounting fundamentals
