You are Responsible for
As a Senior Manager - Business Finance Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, analysis, and decision-making within our organization. Leveraging your expertise as a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and your extensive experience spanning 7 to 10 years, you will collaborate closely with various business units, providing financial insights, guidance, and support to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
To succeed in this role – you should have the following
A. Financial Analysis and Planning:
● Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
● Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual operating plans and long-term financial projections.
B. Business Partnering:
● Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing financial guidance and support on key initiatives, investments, and projects.
● Partner closely with operational teams to optimize resource allocation, cost management, and profitability.
● Analyze business performance metrics and KPIs, offering actionable insights to drive performance improvements.
C. Financial Reporting and Compliance:
● Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
● Oversee internal control processes and compliance initiatives to mitigate financial risks and safeguard assets.
● Support external audit activities and coordinate responses to audit inquiries.
D. Strategic Initiatives:
● Evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions, conducting financial due diligence and scenario analysis.
● Assess the financial implications of strategic decisions and provide recommendations to executive management.
● Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of financial operations.
E. Team Leadership and Development:
● Lead a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities.
● Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the finance organization.
● Set clear performance expectations and goals, conducting regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
