Role Description

As the Senior Manager for Business Development - Rajasthan, you will be responsible for driving and managing business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and identifying market trends to optimize revenue growth in the region. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jaipur. Key responsibilities include generating new business leads, preparing proposals, presenting solutions to clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business goals.

The ideal candidate will focus on strengthening SECON's presence in the Rajasthan will lead commercial development of the Jaipur campus through JVs, associations, leasing, and partnerships while driving SECON's business development across sectors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Masters Degree in Business Administration
• Demonstrated expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Market Strategy in Engineering Consulting Domain
• Knowledge of Engineering Consulting, and Infrastructure domains
• Strong skills in Proposal Writing, Negotiation, and Client Engagement
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently in an on-site setting in Jaipur
• Experience in Water Resources, Highways, or similar industries is an advantage
