Salary: As per company standards.

Experience: 4-8 years of experience in driving SAAS sales (Note: Relevant Payments/Fintech experience will be preferred)

About the Role:

  • Acquire & build deep relationships with merchants and drive forward the growth engine.
  • Merchant first Approach.
  • You are able to communicate and establish value propositions that solve a problem.
  • Take on new merchant feedback to convert them into product opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own a category of merchant customers. You will be responsible for new merchant acquisition & SaaS based solution selling.
  • Develop different tactics to build a merchant base with varied segments of business.
  • You will have to work on pitch decks, product related documentation, RFP responses, technical and commercial proposals.
  • You will be driving excellence in merchant relationships.
  • Derive opportunities to ideate and co-create with internal products and engineering teams to drive Easebuzz product strategy and plans.

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS/Fintech companies, in sales management or customer facing product management.
  • Understanding of regulatory framework, compliances and understanding of payments as well as SAAS ecosystems.
  • Ability to understand and simplify complex technical and product requirements. Ability to participate in the co-creation process.
  • Ability to negotiate with merchants on delivery milestones & commercials.
  • Great problem-solving, communication, & verbal skills.
  • Great presentation skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Empathy towards external & internal stakeholders.
