Responsibilities

Job Scope:

Responsible for developing new business opportunities for the DHL Fulfilment Network Product (DFN). The role focuses on offering Omni Channel Fulfilment services to customers across India. The candidate should thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, be collaborative, data-driven, and analytical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, target, and open new client opportunities in the e-commerce, Omni-channel Retail, and D2C sectors.
• Identify and assess business fit of customers with DFN product offerings.
• Present product offerings and lead commercial discussions to secure business wins.
• Successfully identify, develop, and manage a customer pipeline.
• Lead presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations for target accounts.
• Build an information base of target customers, identify new market trends, and develop specific value offerings.
• Develop trust relationships with customers in a win-win atmosphere.
• Coordinate cross-business development and identify opportunities for collaboration with other Group Companies.
• Achieve set targets and promote the company's brand.

Requirements

Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Fulfilment sales.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree required MBA preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

• Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain Management with a focus on Fulfilment services.
• Prior experience in sales and development of Fulfilment services.
• Ability to understand and interpret industry requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with vision and ambition.
• Ability to influence senior management of customers and within the organization.
• Broad commercial acumen.
• Relationship management, cultural awareness, and empathetic style.
• Domain knowledge of the e-commerce, D2C, and Omni-channel Retail sector.
