Senior Manager Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior stakeholders, Transformation Office, business, and technology teams to define strategic priorities and solutions.

Spearheaded strategic business analysis across global digital transformation initiatives

Conduct As-Is / To-Be analysis, gap analysis, impact assessment, and process mapping.

Develop business cases, BRDs/FRDs, RACI, process maps, user stories, and requirements documentation.

Drive cross-functional workshops, stakeholder alignment, governance, and change management.

Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and escalations across multiple initiatives.

Support UAT, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives
