Job Description

Job Overview

As a founding member of the marketing and communications team, thisleader will own the visual identity, brand positioning and consumer-facinglaunch strategy from the ground up, managing everything from agency selection to high-impact digital and experiential marketing campaigns.

Job Scope

  • Lead creative agencies to build foundational brand identities, establishing visual guidelines
  • Bridge the gap between distinct brand pillars, successfully managing the venue's dual identity as both a historical/heritage monument and an exciting commercial lifestyle precinct.
  • Act as the primary brand custodian, ensuring internal stakeholders, tenant partners and external vendors adhere strictly to established guidelines.
  • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns spanning digital, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, social media activations and experiential pop-ups across pre-opening, grand launch and operational phases.
  • Oversee the creative direction for all promotional assets, from video production to copywriting, ensuring a vibrant and unified identity.
  • Partner with leasing, events teams and external event promoters to design B2C marketing campaigns that maximize visibility and drive continuous foot traffic to the venue's F&B and community sectors.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing and related fields with min 10 years of experience in Brand Management, Campaign Marketing, or Advertising including at least 5 years managing high-budget, multi-channel consumer campaigns.
  • Proven track record launching large-scale consumer brands, major lifestyle/entertainment precincts or national-level public campaigns.
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience working in start-up environments or building brands completely from scratch (from concept phase to launch).
