Senior Manager, Brand DP & IBP will lead the end-to-end demand planning and IBP process for a portfolio of high-value and strategically critical brands across Travel Retail. This role is accountable for driving forecast accuracy, optimizing demand-supply alignment, and influencing senior commercial and finance partners in decision-making. Operating with a higher degree of autonomy, the incumbent leads cross-functional collaboration across multiple regions and brand clusters, managing complex business dynamics and representing the regional team in strategic forums.
Forecast Development:
. Generate demand plans for assignedbrands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
. Validate Brand(s) demand trends and keysales driver assumptions, entering accurate inputs into forecasting systems foreffective modeling and analysis.
. Conduct monthly reviews of demand trendsand sales driver assumptions to ensure the accuracy and reasonableness ofdemand plans across multiple aggregation levels, factoring in different saleschannels.
. Maintain robust demand plans byoptimizing the use of statistical forecasting models and incorporating relevantsales drivers for assigned brands.
. Ensure timely adjustments based onemerging sales trends, with a particular focus on new product launches andmarket fluctuations.
Forecast Alignment:
. Ensure a comprehensive view of demandacross both Basic and New SKUs.
. Lead Brand Consensus meetings, providinginsights into demand trends, validating sales driver assumptions, and sharingscenario planning based on risk and opportunity assessments.
. Coordinate the gap management process toaddress variances between demand plans, supply plans, and Latest Estimates (LE)and capture major differences as part of risk and opportunity management.
. Implement a standardized process forsales driver reviews, ensuring the most accurate and current marketintelligence is integrated into the demand plans.
. Work closely with Regional Brand Leadersto resolve demand imbalances and shape demand, particularly in scenarios ofconstrained supply.
. Prepare detailed reports, scenarios, andrecommendations to support the Brand(s) IBP on a monthly basis and provideinsights to the Regional IBP as needed.
. Collaborate with other planners andbrand/commercial teams to manage and shape demand if/when required.
KPI & Process ImprovementManagement:
. Oversee the management of key demandplanning metrics such as WFA, Bias, Attainment and FVA for the assigned brands.
. Identify and implement improvementinitiatives within scope of Brand(s) responsibility to enhance WFA performanceby optimizing the adoption of statistical forecasting and sales drivers,conducting root-cause analyses to address gaps.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate frequently with senior levelstakeholders across the Travel Retail Brand and Region organization. Ability tointeract and manage across multiple geographies and time zones (ex. New York,United Kingdom, Switzerland, China, Singapore).
