The Role - Razorpay Engage is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to accelerate the adoption and success of bank offers within our enterprise merchant network. In this role, you will be responsible for both, Driving Adoption (Hunting) & Ensuring Retention & Growth (Farming) – Strengthening relationships with existing merchants, optimizing their campaigns, and driving long-term success.You will play a critical role in and merchant satisfaction, leveraging Razorpay Engage's powerful ecosystem to deliver impactful marketing and loyalty solutions that enhance customer engagement and business outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Merchant Engagement & Adoption (Hunting)
- Identify enterprise merchants within the Razorpay ecosystem who are not currently utilizing bank offers but could benefit from them
2.Account Management & Retention (Farming)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing enterprise merchants who are already running bank offers.
- Understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements related to bank offer performance.
3. Bank Offer Pipeline Optimization
- Collaborate with the banking alliance sales team to identify and secure attractive bank offers for merchants.
What You Will Need
- Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the fintech, payments, e-commerce, or banking industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets related to product adoption, customer retention, or revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Strong understanding of the payments landscape, including bank offers, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
