Job Description

We are looking for high-performance enterprise sales professionals (hunters) who can drive new business acquisition and own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle.

This role involves closing mid-to-large ticket B2B deals across Insurance, Pharma, Hospitals, and Diagnostics sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition through structured enterprise prospecting
  • Own end-to-end sales cycle: Prospecting → Discovery → Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
  • Engage with CXO-level stakeholders (HR Heads, Sales Heads, Product Heads, Marketing Heads)
  • Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Coordinate with product & implementation teams for smooth onboarding
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
