We are looking for high-performance enterprise sales professionals (hunters) who can drive new business acquisition and own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle.
This role involves closing mid-to-large ticket B2B deals across Insurance, Pharma, Hospitals, and Diagnostics sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition through structured enterprise prospecting
- Own end-to-end sales cycle: Prospecting → Discovery → Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
- Engage with CXO-level stakeholders (HR Heads, Sales Heads, Product Heads, Marketing Heads)
- Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Coordinate with product & implementation teams for smooth onboarding
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
